Cancel?

Hey! These things happen. We get it. There is a never a charge for cancellation or an early return from vacation.  However,  if no notice is given and the pet sitter arrives to perform assigned duties you will be charged for that visit.

Holiday

Nikki wants you to enjoy your holidays with friends and family, however there is an extra $10 fee added to your visit's total bill.

Please be aware the fee is subject to change and will be applied to the following holidays:

Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day, Easter & July Fourth

Responsiblity

Clients are responsible for providing Nikki with all necessary information and supplies to properly care for their pets. 

 

All supplies must be accessible and ready for Nikki. Pet carriers, leashes, litter, poop bags, coats, collars, medication and food all must be supplied.
